Light raspberry cake consists of a biscuit based on a mixture of gluten-free flour, (Linseed, amaranth, rice flour, topical starch, corn starch and xanth gum from the company Garnets), curd cream, based on natural cream 40% and curd cheese, raspberry cream and fresh raspberries.
