RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
“WHEN PURCHASING COFFEE – GET A BUN AS A GIFT”
(hereinafter – the Rules)
The promotional campaign titled “WHEN PURCHASING COFFEE – GET A BUN AS A GIFT” (hereinafter – the Campaign) is held to generate and maintain interest in the products under the trademarks “Safia café&bakery,” as well as to stimulate its sales in the market of Uzbekistan.
By participating in the Campaign, Participants fully accept and agree with these Rules.
The Campaign is not a game of chance.
Participation in the Campaign is not mandatory.
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Campaign – the promotional campaign “WHEN PURCHASING COFFEE – GET A BUN AS A GIFT.”
Organizer of the Campaign: LLC “SAFIA BAKERY SWEET,” Uzbekistan.
Branches (Branch) – branches of the Safia café&bakery network within the Republic of Uzbekistan listed in clause 1.2 of the Rules.
Product – products participating in the Campaign, listed in clause 1.3.
Offer – “WHEN PURCHASING COFFEE – GET A BUN AS A GIFT,” available at branches during the Campaign period. When purchasing coffee, the Participant receives one (1) bun as a gift.
Campaign Participant – a visitor to a Safia café&bakery branch, registered in the Safia café&bakery mobile application and meeting the participation requirements set out in clause 2.1 of the Rules.
Mobile application (loyalty program/bonus system) – the free “Safia café&bakery” mobile app, available for download via Apple Store or Google Play.
Agreement to participate in the Campaign – an agreement on mutual obligations between the Organizer and the Participant within the Campaign, free of charge for the Participant, concluded by accepting the conditions contained in the text of the Rules.

1. Description of the Campaign
1.1. Campaign period
from 01.09.2025 to 30.09.2025.
1.2. Campaign territory
The Campaign is conducted at Safia café&bakery branches:

1.3. Products participating in the Campaign
Coffee (mandatory purchase):
Americano, Americano Ice, Double Americano, Double Cappuccino, Double Espresso, Cappuccino, Cappuccino Ice, Double Cappuccino (Coconut, Almond), Classic Frappe, Latte, Latte Ice, Latte Macchiato (Coconut, Almond), Raf Coffee, Flat White, Caramel Frappe, Chocolate Frappe, Espresso, Espresso Lungo, Espresso Ristretto, Double Latte, Triple Cappuccino, Spanish Latte, Spanish Coffee Vanilla, Raf Coffee (Lavender, Pistachio, Citrus), Oreo Frappe, Creamy Berry Coffee, Matcha Cappuccino (classic, lactose-free, Coconut, Almond), Matcha Ice Latte (classic, lactose-free, Coconut, Almond), Lactose-free Latte Macchiato, Double Cappuccino lactose-free, Triple Americano.
Buns (gift):
Bun with cherry, poppy seeds, nuts, apple, condensed milk, cottage cheese-banana, Vatrushka, Envelope, Sochnik, Bun with raspberry, currant, apricot & almond, Donuts with apricot filling (2 pcs.), Chocolate donuts (set of 2 pcs.), as well as products labeled “GP” (buns and vatrushkas assorted).
1.4. Campaign mechanics
When purchasing any coffee, the Participant receives one (1) bun as a gift.
The number of coffees in the receipt does not affect the number of gifts (always 1 bun).
The Campaign applies only to registered users of the Safia café&bakery mobile app.
The Campaign cannot be combined with other Organizer promotions (30% Cashback, Coffee Subscription, Free Coffee for Registration).
The user independently chooses which promotion to use.
1.5. If the Product runs out at a branch, the Campaign at that branch is considered terminated early.
1.6. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Rules, which will be published on the Website.
2. Terms and procedure for participation in the Campaign
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, it is necessary to:

purchase coffee at a Safia café&bakery branch during the Campaign period;

scan the QR code from the Safia café&bakery mobile app (if the app is not installed, it must be downloaded, registration completed, and participation activated).
2.2. Other conditions of participation:
-
Participant requests for replacement or modification of the Product are not accepted;
-
The issued Product (bun) cannot be replaced or altered in composition;
-
Adding extra ingredients to the gift is not allowed;
-
All Organizer’s decisions are final;
-
The Campaign cannot be combined with other Organizer promotions.
3. Rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants
3.1. Participants must:
-
comply with the Rules;
-
fulfill other obligations stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Rules.
3.2. Participants’ rights:
-
participate in the Campaign during its term;
-
receive information about the Campaign and product availability at branches;
-
receive a gift when the Campaign conditions are met.
3.3. Organizer’s obligations:
-
conduct the Campaign in accordance with the Rules and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.4. Organizer’s rights:
-
amend the Rules or cancel the Campaign with notice on the Website;
-
suspend or terminate the Campaign in case of force majeure (network failures, third-party interference, etc.);
-
declare Participants’ actions invalid in case of violations;
-
refuse correspondence with Participants except in cases provided for;
-
request data from Participants for tax authorities if necessary.
3.5. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.6. These Rules are the only official Rules of the Campaign.
3.7. If the Product is unavailable, the Organizer has the right to replace it with a similar product available at the time of order.
