RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

“Double Cashback on New Arrivals”
(hereinafter – the Rules)

The promotional campaign called “Double Cashback on New Arrivals” (hereinafter – the Campaign) is held for the purpose of promoting new products in the Safia brand assortment and encouraging purchases among loyalty program members.

By participating in the Campaign, Participants fully accept and agree to these Rules.
The Campaign is not a game of chance. Participation in the Campaign is not mandatory.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Campaign – the promotional campaign “Double Cashback on New Arrivals”.
Organizer – LLC Madina Qandolat, Uzbekistan.
Product – items from the new arrivals list specified in Section 1.3 of these Rules.
Participant – a user registered in the Safia loyalty program who has fulfilled the conditions set forth in Clause 2.1 of these Rules.
Double Cashback – twice the usual amount of bonus points awarded for the purchase of a Product, credited to the Participant’s bonus account.

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE CAMPAIGN

1.1. Campaign period:
From July 5, 2025 to September 30, 2025.

1.2. Campaign territory:
All Safia branches and the Safia mobile app within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.3. Products participating in the Campaign:

• “Three Chocolates” Pastry

• “Amoreno” Ice Cream

• Pistachio Ice Cream

• “Raffaello” Ice Cream

• Chocolate Ice Cream

• “Plombir-Bumble” Ice Cream

• “Plombir-Chocolate” Ice Cream

• Strawberry Sorbet

• Mango-Passionfruit Sorbet

1.4. Campaign Offer:
When purchasing one or more Products listed in Clause 1.3, the Participant receives double cashback (2× standard bonus points) on these Products only.
If the receipt includes other items not listed as new arrivals, cashback on them is credited at the standard rate in accordance with the Safia loyalty program terms.

1.5. Restrictions:
The Campaign applies only to members of the Safia loyalty program.

1.6. Changes to terms:
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules, with mandatory publication of updates in the Safia mobile app.

2. CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION

2.1. To participate in the Campaign, one must:

• Be a registered member of the Safia loyalty program.

• Purchase at least one of the Products listed in Clause 1.3.

• Use the phone number linked to the loyalty program when making the purchase.

2.2. Main conditions:

• Cashback is credited automatically to the Participant’s bonus account.

• Double cashback applies only to the new arrivals listed in Clause 1.3 when purchased during the Campaign period.

• All other items in the receipt are subject to the standard cashback rate.

• There is no limit on the number of purchases.

• Bonus accrual depends on the correct use of the participant’s phone number at checkout.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. Obligations of the Participant:

• Comply with these Rules.

• Make purchases in accordance with the Campaign conditions.

3.2. Rights of the Participant:

• Receive double cashback when purchasing the specified Products during the Campaign period.

• Receive notifications about the Campaign through the Safia app and at Safia outlets.

3.3. Obligations of the Organizer:

• Ensure proper crediting of bonus points when conditions are met.

• Inform about any changes through the Safia mobile app.

3.4. Rights of the Organizer:

• Amend the terms or duration of the Campaign with mandatory notification.

• Suspend or cancel the Campaign in the event of force majeure or technical failures.

• Withhold bonus points in case of fraud or violation of the Rules.
