RULES FOR PURCHASING AND USING SAFIA CAFÉ&BAKERY GIFT CERTIFICATES

These Rules for the Acquisition and Use of Gift Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are an integral part of the Public Offer of Safia café&bakery and regulate the relationship between "MADINA‐QANDOLAT" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," "Certificate Holder") in connection with the acquisition, transfer, and use of the Company's gift certificates.

Acceptance of these Rules is carried out by purchasing a Gift Certificate at any branch of the Company or by other means provided for by the Company. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement to its terms.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Certificate - a physical document/card containing a specific denomination that grants the right to the certificate holder

The Company's public offer is the Company's official public offer posted on the Company's website.

OBJECT

The Company provides the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase Certificates of the specified denominations and use them to pay for products in the Company's branches.

The Certificate grants the right to receive Company products within the nominal value and is not a payment instrument, electronic money, or banking product.

Within the framework of these Rules, the Company undertakes to account for the certificate balance and provide the Certificate Holder with the opportunity to use it in accordance with the terms of these Rules.

Acquisition of the Certificate confirms the Buyer's and/or Certificate Holder's agreement with all terms of these Rules and the Company's Public Offer posted on the Company's website.
