Rules of the Promotional Event
“Pastry Treats You to Coffee!”
(“Flaky Mood”)
1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion period: from October 6, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
1.2. Promotion territory: branches of the Safia café&bakery chain within the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.3. Promotion organizer: LLC “SAFIA BAKERY SWEET,” Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.4. Purpose of the Promotion: to generate and maintain customer interest in products under the “Safia café&bakery” trademark, as well as to stimulate sales.
1.5. The Promotion is not a game of chance. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
2. Terms and Definitions
Promotion – the promotional event “Pastry Treats You to Coffee!”
Branches – retail outlets of the Safia café&bakery chain.
Product – items participating in the Promotion and sold in the branches.
Offer – purchase of products from clause 3.1, upon which the Participant receives one beverage from clause 3.2.
Participant – a visitor of a Safia café&bakery branch, registered in the Safia café&bakery mobile application, who fulfills the conditions of the Promotion.
Mobile application – the free “Safia café&bakery” app (Apple Store, Google Play).
3. Promotion Conditions
3.1. Products that entitle the buyer to receive coffee:

Berry Croissant

Apple Puff Pastry

Pain au Chocolat
3.2. Coffee beverages provided as a gift:

Americano
-
Cappuccino
-
Latte

Espresso
3.3. Special conditions:

For the purchase of one item from clause 3.1, one beverage from clause 3.2 is provided.

The number of complimentary coffees is limited: maximum 1 per receipt, regardless of the number of pastries purchased.

Repeat participation is possible with an interval of at least 30 minutes between purchases.

Substitution of the beverage or pastry, as well as modification of product composition, is not allowed.
4. Participation Procedure
4.1. To participate, you must:

Purchase a product from clause 3.1 in a Safia café&bakery branch during the Promotion period;

Scan the loyalty program QR code (in the mobile application) at the time of payment.
If the customer does not have the app, they must download it, complete registration, and scan the QR code.
4.2. The Participant accepts the Rules of the Promotion at the moment of participation.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Participant’s obligations:

Comply with the Rules;

Fulfill participation conditions.
Organizer’s obligations:
-
Conduct the Promotion within the stated period;
-
Provide the Participant with a complimentary beverage upon meeting the conditions.
Organizer’s rights:
-
Amend or terminate the Promotion early (e.g., in the event of product unavailability in a branch);

Make changes to the Rules by publishing updates on the website safiabakery.uz.
6. Final Provisions
All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
These Rules are the only official document regulating the procedure of the Promotion.
