RULES FOR CONDUCTING A PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

“Puff Pastry Treats You to Coffee!”

hereinafter — the Rules

The promotional event titled “Puff Pastry Treats You to Coffee!” (hereinafter — the Promotion) is conducted in order to create and maintain interest in products under the Safia café&bakery trademarks, as well as to stimulate their sales in the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants fully accept and agree to these Rules.

The Promotion is not a game of chance.

Participation in the Promotion is not mandatory.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Promotion — the promotional event “Puff Pastry Treats You to Coffee!”.

Promotion Organizer — LLC “SAFIA BAKERY SWEET”, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Branches / Branch — branches of the Safia café&bakery confectionery house in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Product — products sold at Safia café&bakery branches and included in the Offer. The list of Products is specified in clause 1.3 of these Rules.

Offer — the special offer “Puff Pastry Treats You to Coffee!”, valid at Safia café&bakery branches during the Promotion period, according to which a Participant receives one portion of coffee as a gift when purchasing participating puff pastry.

Participant — a visitor of a Safia café&bakery branch who is registered in the Safia café&bakery mobile application and has fulfilled the conditions specified in clause 2.1 of these Rules.

Mobile Application / Loyalty Program / Accumulation System — the free Safia café&bakery mobile application available for download via App Store or Google Play.

Participation Agreement — an agreement on mutual obligations between the Promotion Organizer and the Participant within the framework of the Promotion. The agreement is free of charge for the Participant and is concluded by joining these Rules.

1. Promotion Description

1.1. Promotion period: from May 4, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (inclusive).

1.2. Promotion territory — all operating Safia café&bakery branches in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.3. Products participating in the Promotion:

Puff pastry items:

• Chocolate Croissant
• Pistachio Croissant
• Berry Croissant
• Almond Croissant
• Classic Croissant
• Chocolate Pain
• Apple Puff

Coffee provided as a gift:

• Americano
• Cappuccino
• Espresso
• Latte

1.4. During the Promotion period, a special offer is available for registered users of the Safia café&bakery loyalty program — “Puff Pastry Treats You to Coffee!”.

When purchasing any one participating puff pastry item, the Participant receives one portion of coffee as a gift.

1.5. If a participating Product is out of stock at a branch, the Promotion for that Product at that branch is considered terminated early.

1.6. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules with mandatory publication on the Website. Changes come into force upon publication unless otherwise specified.

2. Terms and Procedure for Participation

2.1. To participate, the Participant must:

• Purchase a participating puff pastry during the Promotion period
• Scan the QR code from the Safia mobile application

If the Participant does not have the mobile app, they must download it, register, and scan the QR code at checkout.

2.2. Additional conditions:

• Requests to replace or modify Products are not accepted
• Gift Products cannot be replaced or altered
• Adding extra ingredients is not allowed
• Organizer’s decisions are final
• Cannot be combined with other promotions
• Only one coffee per receipt
• Quantity of pastries does not increase coffee amount
• Maximum 3 uses per day per Participant
• Each use requires a separate purchase and QR scan

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. Participant obligations:

• Comply with these Rules
• Follow applicable laws

3.2. Participant rights:

• Participate in the Promotion
• Receive information
• Obtain the gift upon fulfilling conditions

3.3. Organizer obligations:

• Conduct the Promotion in accordance with the law

3.4. Organizer rights:

• Amend or cancel the Promotion
• Suspend in case of technical issues
• Disqualify violators
• Refuse correspondence with Participants
• Request necessary information when required

3.5. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.6. These Rules are the only official rules of the Promotion.

3.7. If Products are unavailable, the Organizer may replace them with available items or terminate the Promotion for that Product at the respective branch.
