Chocolate - cherry cake mini

Chocolate cake with cherries consists of a chocolate biscuit soaked in vanilla syrup. In combination with whipped chocolate ganache cream, PP cherry filling, roasted hazelnuts in dark chocolate. The cake is decorated with chocolate curd cheese cream, chocolate velvet and fresh cherries. Without wheat flour and sugar, based on a mixture of gluten-free flour and sweetener stevia and erythritol.
