RULES OF THE "French Breakfast" MARKETING CAMPAIGN

These Rules are special conditions for conducting an incentive event and are valid within the framework of the Company's Promotion Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Participation in the "French Breakfast" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") means that the participant fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of the Agreement and these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Company organizer: "MADINA-QANDOLAT" LLC, STIR: 306080395, legal address: Tashkent city, Yunusabad district, Center 4, building 5A

1.2. The campaign is aimed at stimulating demand for the product range and popularizing the Company's mobile application.

1.3. Promotion period: from 06.04.2026 to 26.04.2026 inclusive (local time). The Company reserves the right to terminate the Sharing early when the stocks of the promotional product are exhausted, having notified it by amending these terms.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICS

2.1. The promotion is exclusively marketing in nature and is not a lottery or risk-based game.

2.2. Only registered users of the Company's mobile application have the right to participate.

2.3. When purchasing a set (hereinafter referred to as "Combo") from three lower positions simultaneously, a special price of 49,000 sum is established.

2.3.1. Croissant (one piece per choice): With almond, berry, or chocolate-funduck paste.

2.3.2. Drink (1 portion per choice):
Capuchino 200 ml;
Latte 200 ml;
Americano 150 ml;

2.3.3. Pasta (one piece per choice): Exotic, Vanilla, Pistachio, Berry, or Chocolate.

2.4. Changing the composition of "Combo" or replacing positions with goods not specified in clause 2.3 is not permitted.

2.5. Sale of goods at the share price is carried out strictly through branches specified in the approved list (see Appendix No. 1 - List of branches).

3. RESTRICTIONS AND PROTECTION FROM ABUSE

3.1. This Promotion is not combined with other special offers, discounts, discount programs, or promo codes of the Company.

3.2. If another promotion applies to the selected product, the participant must independently choose which of the promotions they wish to use. Simultaneous application of two or more shares to one check is not permitted.

3.3. Promotional offer is not subject to exchange for monetary equivalent.

3.4. The Company has the right to refuse to provide a discount if the participant cannot confirm the status of the registered user in the mobile application at the time of payment.
3.5. In case of detection of attempts to manipulate (for example, mass registration of fake accounts or artificial separation of receipts to circumvent system restrictions), the Company reserves the right to cancel this person's participation in the loyalty program.

3.6. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to persons who violate the rules of conduct in branches or public order norms.

4. RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY

4.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the terms or terminate the Promotion early by posting information on official resources.

4.2. Product images in advertising materials are illustrations and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.
