RULES OF THE FRENCH BREAKFAST MARKETING CAMPAIGN
These Rules are special conditions for holding an incentive event and are valid within the framework of the Promotion Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The company. Participation in the French Breakfast promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") means the full and unconditional acceptance by the participant of the terms of the Agreement and these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICS

2.4. Changing the composition of the "Combo" or replacing items with goods not specified in clause
2.3 is not allowed.
2.5. The sale of goods at a promotional price is carried out at all branches of Safia cafe&bakery Kazakhstan.

3. RESTRICTIONS AND PROTECTION AGAINST ABUSE
3.1. This Promotion cannot be combined with other special offers, discounts, discount programs or promo codes of the Company.
3.2. If a different promotion applies to the selected product, the participant must independently choose which of the promotions he wishes to use. Simultaneous application of two or more promotions to one receipt is not allowed.
3.3. The promotional offer cannot be exchanged for a monetary equivalent.
3.4. The Company has the right to refuse to provide discounts if the participant cannot confirm the status of the registered user in the mobile application at the time of payment.
3.5. In case of detection of manipulation attempts (for example, mass registration of fictitious accounts or artificial separation of checks to circumvent the restrictions of the system), the Company reserves the right to cancel the participation of this person in the loyalty program.
3.6. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to persons who violate the rules of conduct in branches or norms of public order.

4. COMPANY RIGHTS
4.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the terms or terminate the Promotion ahead of schedule by posting information on official resources.
4.2. The product images in the promotional materials are illustrations and may differ from the actual product type.
