RULES FOR CONDUCTING AN INCENTIVE CAMPAIGN

"2+1 per deposit" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules)

An incentive event called "2+1 for fat" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is being held to increase the sale of fat products in the evening, as well as to increase Safia brand loyalty.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants fully accept and agree to these Rules. The promotion is not a risk-based game and does not require additional payment for participation.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

The promotion is a "2+1" incentive event.

The Organizer of the Promotion is "Madina Qandolat" LLC, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Product - sweetened and layered products from the list specified in clause 1.3 of these Rules.

The Promotion participant is a guest registered in the Safia loyalty program and who has fulfilled the participation conditions specified in Section 2 of these Rules.

Mechanism 2+1 - when purchasing two identical or different Products from the Promotion list, the third Product is provided free of charge (with the lowest value in the receipt).

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SHARE

1.1. Promotion Period

From 14.12.2025 to 14.01.2026 inclusive.

1.2. Promotion validity period

Every day from 8:00 PM until the closing of selected Safia branches.

1.3. Territory of the Promotion

The promotion is valid in certain Safia branches within the Republic of Uzbekistan, including Tashkent city and regions.

List of branches: Krestyk, Novza, UzBum, Tinchlik, Yangi Hayot, Risoviy, Huvaydo, Okkurgan, Kompas, Ardus, Bukhara, Kokand.

1.4. Products participating in the Promotion

Sweetened and layered products, including but not limited to:

vatrushki;

rolls (with apples, cherries, poppies, nuts, condensed milk, currants, apricots and almonds, bananas, dried apricots);

layers (with apples, pineapples, peaches, cinnamon);

croissants (classic, chocolate, pistachio, almond, cheese, berry, Lotus);

braids (with poppy seeds, walnuts, boiled);

Danish products;

chocolate bread;

envelopes and other products from the approved assortment:

The full product list is determined by the Organizer's internal list and may vary by region.

1.5. Conditions of the offer

When purchasing two Products participating in the Promotion, the third Product is provided free of charge.

The Product with the lowest value in the receipt is considered free.

The promotion can be applied an unlimited number of times within one purchase, provided there are a corresponding number of Products.

1.6. Replacement of other evening offers

In Tashkent city branches, the promotion is valid after 20:00 instead of 30% cashback.

In regional branches, the promotion is valid after 20:00 instead of the 30% discount.

Other evening promotions and offers do not apply during the "2+1 for savings" period.

1.7. Restrictions

The promotion is valid only for Safia loyalty program participants.

The promotion is not combined with other discounts, promotions, and personalized offers.

2. CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION

2.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must:

be a registered Safia loyalty program member;

make a purchase of at least three Products participating in the Promotion;

indicate the loyalty phone number associated with your loyalty program when purchasing.

2.2. Basic Conditions

Application of the Promotion occurs automatically when all conditions are met.

If the Member Number is used incorrectly, the Promotion may not apply.

The return or exchange of the Products is carried out in accordance with Safia's applicable rules, taking into account the Promotions applied.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. Member's Responsibilities

comply with these Rules;

use loyalty program number correctly when purchasing.

3.2. Participant's Rights

get the Product for free according to 2+1 mechanics;

receive Promotion information through Safia retail outlets and other communication channels.

3.3. Responsibilities of the Organizer

ensure the correct application of the Promotion in compliance with all conditions;

to inform guests about the terms and changes of the Promotion.

3.4. Rights of the Organizer

change the conditions or terms of the Promotion with mandatory notification;

suspend or cancel the Promotion in case of technical or force majeure circumstances;

refuse to apply the Promotion when violations of these Rules are detected.
