RULES OF THE MARKETING ACTION "2+1 PER STOP"

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

The promotion is a "2+1" incentive event, within the framework of which, when purchasing two units of goods from the list of participating goods, the third unit (with the lowest price in the receipt) is provided free of charge.

The company is "MADINA-QANDOLAT" LLC (INN 306080395, 78 113 40 40 Tashkent city, Yunusabad district, Center 4, building 5A), operating under the "Safia cafe&bakery" trademark.

Mobile application (Appendix) - "Safia cafe&bakery" software for mobile electronic devices, designed for ordering, obtaining information, interaction with Branches, participation in loyalty programs.

Loyalty Program (Program) - a set of measures for accruing/receiving bonuses and providing special offers (including Promotion) to registered participants in the Mobile Application.

The product is the range of the Company's sweet pastries specified in clause 2.7 below.

Shopping points - branches of the Company in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the list - on the website of the Company.

Public offer - The main document regulating the use of the App, available at https://safiabakery.uz.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These rules are a public offer of the Company and are conducted at all Trading Points, within the framework of the Company's loyalty program and Promotion Policy available at https://safiabakery.uz.

The acceptance of the offer is the participant's purchase of the Product by providing a QR code from the Mobile App during the Promotion period.

The purpose of the promotion is to stimulate demand for products in the evening, increase brand loyalty, and promote the Mobile app.

Deadlines: December 14, 2025, to February 28, 2026.

Validity period: daily from 20:00 to 00:00.

Participation in the Promotion is voluntary; you can purchase the Product at the usual price without participating in the Promotion.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND CALCULATION MECHANICS

To participate in the Promotion, the participant must be registered in the Mobile Application and present the QR code in the Mobile Application to the cashier before the check is closed.

When purchasing three units of the Goods in one receipt at once, the value of the third (least expensive) unit is not charged.

Advantage for the Promotion is calculated for each set of 3 units. (3, 6, 9, etc.).

Limitations on one check: no more than two free units (i.e., no more than 6 units participate) - for inventory management.

Application of other discounts/promotional offers to positions from the "2+1" set is not allowed.

Bonus points in the Loyalty Program are not awarded for the Product received free of charge. Bonus points for purchasing two paid units of the Goods are awarded in the standard manner prescribed by the Loyalty Program Rules.

It is impossible to participate in the Promotion without presenting the Mobile App QR code. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods at the usual price without participating in the Promotion. Member identification for applying the discount is carried out exclusively by scanning the dynamic QR code directly from the mobile device screen from the App interface. The use of photographs, screenshots, or other copies of QR codes, as well as the transfer of participant rights to third parties, is prohibited. The use of electronic identification methods in the Mobile Application is equivalent to the participant's own signature confirming their agreement with the terms of the Promotion.

In order to ensure consumers' equal access to the Product and prevent unfair competition, the Company sets a technical limit: the use of a unique QR code from the Mobile App to receive the benefits of the Promotion is allowed no more than 1 (one) time within 1 (one) hour per participant.

Cash settlements are made according to the cash/electronic receipt and the prices indicated in the Shopping Centers.

The goods participating in the Promotion are food products. Return of Goods of proper quality is not permitted. If defects are found, the return or replacement is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, provided that the defect arose before the transfer of the Goods to the participant.

The return of promotional goods is possible in accordance with the legislation and the Company's internal policy for handling customer inquiries.


RESTRICTIONS, PREVENTION OF ABUSE

The Company has the right to refuse to apply the Shares in cases of attempts to abuse (mass purchases for resale by minors, other unfair behavior).

The promotion is valid with the availability of goods; The company provides sufficient stock, but the volume may be limited by demand and production capacity.

The Company has the right to temporarily suspend the Promotion at a separate Trading Point or change the list of Goods participating in the Promotion, depending on their availability at a specific Trading Point, by posting the current version of the terms in the Mobile Application and/or on the Company's website.

PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERING APPEALS

Claims and questions regarding the Promotion are accepted through the support service at 78 113 40 40, which operates daily from 08:00 to 23:00 or by email: call-center@safiabakery.uz or through chats in the Mobile application, as well as through official channels in messengers and social networks: Telegram, Instagram, Facebook.

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. The period for the Company to consider the claim is 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of its receipt. If agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be considered in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
